The Base Set of 1994 Donruss Baseball is made up of 660 cards released over two series. As with many of the Donruss sets from the 1990's, there are few rookies included in the set. One of the big changes from the 1993 Donruss Baseball set to 1994 was an increase in the gloss level of the finish and moving to a bordless card design. The Rated Rookie footer also returns, but as in the previous set, the RR's are not placed into a particular subset, but sprinkled throughout the checklist.
