The Base Set of 1999 Revolution is a 150-card set with plenty of foil, etching and embossed on both sides. 25 prospect and rookie cards were included as short prints inserted at a rate of 1:4 packs. These cards are scattered throughout the set.
Notable rookies include Freddy Garcia and Joe Nathan.
