Autographs is an insert set in 2000 Greats of the Game. All cards in the 93 card set have an on-card autograph and shares the base set photography with some slight changes in the card front. The card back has only a certificate of authenticity. Note that the cards are unnumbered and are typically listed in checklists in alphabetical order by last name. Herb Score accidentally signed his cards to included his ROY 55 notation which should have been included in the Memorable Moments set only.

Short Prints[]

Fleer did not formally release print runs but did state that a few of the cards were produced in lower quantities than the others.

Derek Jeter Card[]

Beginning in 2004, a Derek Jeter autographed card using this design began to appear on the secondary market. It is widely believed that the card was produced by Fleer to fulfill redemptions for other players as a replacement card.

Stan Musial Card[]

Following Musial's death, his estate under Stan The Man, Inc. released a number of Musial cards in to the secondary market. The cards were advertised as "Player Sample" and were authenticated by BGS. The cards are identical to the normal card, but have blue ink instead of black ink.

Checklist[]

This card set article could use a checklist. Tedious yes, but very useful. You can help the Baseball Card Wiki by creating one.
