The 200-card Base Set of 2000 Topps Stars is primarily focused on current veteran stars with some retired players and young rookies and prospects. Cards 102-110 are a mixture of Hall of Fame players. Cards 151-200 make up the Spotlight subset. Rather than statistics, the card backs show the “Ratings” of the players’ various skills.
