Progression is an insert set in 2000 Topps Stars. This 9-card sets feature the evolution of various positions over time. Each card shows three players for a single position, a Hall of Famer, a current superstar and a rising star. Ironically six of the young players ended up being complete busts. The cards were inserted 1:13 packs.
