Tools of the Trade is an insert set in 2001 Absolute. The fifty card set feature game used hat, batting glove, bat and jersey swatches of some of baseball's superstars. The jersey cards were all serial numbered to 300, bats and hats to 100 and batting gloves to 50. 15 of the 50 cards were packed out as redemption cards whose expiration date was 6/1/03. Ten of the 50 were also paralleled as an autographed version that was serial numbered to 25 copies.
