Baseball Cards Wiki

The followup to the very successful 2001 Donruss Classics set continued with the same basic formula but changed some of the insert sets, removing the seat and bench relic sets and replacing them with more game used jersey/glove/etc. sets.

The cards were primarily distributed at Hobby shops shops in six card packs, released nine cards per mini box, 2 mini boxes per regular box and 4 regular boxes per case. The main set was released in June 2002. Some additional cards were released as part of the 2002 Donruss Rookies packs in December 2002.
