Decade of Excellence is an insert set in 2005 Fleer Platinum. The cards highlight current and past players who were dominate over a decade (or longer). The base set was inserted 1:99 hobby and 1:125 retail packs but were not serial numbered. 17 of the 20 cards in the set were paralleled with a Silver Jersey set that was inserted 1:54 hobby packs. The Silver Jersey cards were paralleled in Gold (serial numbered /99) and Patch (/10). Five of the cards were also paralleled with an autographed jersey card.
