2010 Topps National Chicle is a retro-themed set produced and distributed by Topps. The set draws inspiration from the 1936 National Chicle Fine Pens R313 set. It was a short lived set, only being released one year. Typically this set is largely forgotten now, with a strong base set checklist and some unique artistic pictures on the card fronts. But the "hits", game used and autograph inserts were among the weakest checklists produced by Topps in 2010.

Release date was April 28, 2010. The set was distributed in both retail and hobby shops. Hobby boxes came 24 packs per box, 8 cards per pack, with 1 cabinet insert and 3 game used or autographs per box. Retail boxes were either regular boxes with 24 pack/6 cards/2 hits per box or blaster boxes with 8 packs/6 cards per pack.
