Cut Signatures is an insert set in 2011 Topps Allen and Ginter. These inserts were the crown jewels of the A&G set in 2011. Each card is a 1/1 and features the cut signature of a United States President. This includes the current sitting President Barack Obama. The cards were inserted at an astounding 1:128,000 packs (hobby only).
