Historic Signatures is an insert set in 2014 Panini Golden Age. This 49-card set features signatures from pop idols, sports stars, and actors/actresses from the 1960's to the 1980's. Each card has an on-card autograph (except Dick Van Dyke, his is a sticker) and were inserted approximately 1 card per hobby box. The card numbering is based on letters from the subject's name, but originally the checklist was presented as numbered on Panini's website in rough alphabetical order by first name.
Several of the players/celebrities did not return their cards in pack for insertion into packs. Those redemption cards expired 1/2/2016. All the cards that were inserted as redemption cards have been spotted on the secondary market.
